All materials, strategies, reports, or content developed by Kriss Consultancy during the engagement remain the property of Kriss Consultancy unless expressly stated otherwise. Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
Kriss Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Services in question.
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Kriss Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or upon written notice to the client.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
